Workshop “Plastic Monitoring, Identification, and Capacity Building in Indonesia” Result
The German Research Center for Artificial intelligence (DFKI) and the PT. LAPIITB from the Bandung Institute of Technology is working together as a consortium under the project Plastics monitoring, identification and capacity building in Indonesia'. Held on 19th May 2022, the goal of the workshop is to replicate and scale-up plastics monitoring in different river locations to allow to execute such surveys on a regular basis to measure the success of plastic policies and investments and to serve as an input into national guidelines for plastic assessments and monitoring.
